Free Early Years workshops for parents of children with SEN
Contact a Family is organising a series of four free workshops aimed at parents of special needs children aged from birth to five. The workshops are open to parents across the West Midlands and will be held at Allen’s Croft Children’s Centre in Kings Heath. The topics covered include:
· Support and Information, (Friday, June 16)
· Building Confidence, (Friday, June 23)
· Encouraging Positive Behaviour (Friday, June 30)
· Money Matters (Friday, July 7)
Parents can attend the series or pick and choose any of the workshops they are interested in attending. A crèche is not available but if childcare costs are a barrier to attending, please let us know and we will try to help with costs.
We are also offering a special Sleep workshop in Selly Oak on Thursday, June 29 with a sleep expert from Cerebra. This is open to all parents of special needs children, regardless of the age of their child.
The flyers for the Birth to Five and the Sleep workshops are attached above along with booking forms. To reserve your place please fill in and return the form to email@example.com or call us on 0121 415 4624.
